Philosophy & Approach
I spent 13 years in corporate leadership development before founding Wellismo. What I learned there — about how people actually change, what performance really costs, and what leadership looks like from the inside — became the spine of how I coach now.
My style is direct and candid. I tackle the topics most people avoid, and I move past surface-level advice to what actually creates change. I help you move beyond insecurity, performative confidence, and external validation to build something deeper and more grounded.

Wellismo is the other side of gay culture.
There's a version of gay culture we don't get enough of: inner strength, vulnerability, authenticity, courage, and love. That's the version I'm building here.
My clients don't come to me because they want another surface-level pep talk. They come because they're ready to take an honest look at themselves and their patterns — and they want tools, accountability, and a coach who gets the nuances of gay life.
